Ok peeps, its time to put on your thinking caps for the latest contest on the forum. We need some kind of slogan for our forum.

The best slogan will be chosen to represent this forum. So the winner will first of all have a claim to fame of being the one that came up with the VTF slogan! The other thing that the winner will get is 2 prizes from our mini figure goodie bag! The second and third prizes will be for a single mini figure each and of course honorable mentions. This should be fun.

Here is the criteria for comeing up with a slogan.

Short and sweet. KISS is the acronym for Keep It Short and Sweet. Something short will stick in the minds of readers a lot longer in most cases. Make it catchy . A good slogan should run off your tongue and be memorable that way too. Speaking of which, making it memorable. Easier said than done huh? Make sure your slogan not only relates to our forum, but will make people think of us whenever the slogan is said or seen. No vulgar slogans or cursing. (ex. Toys Kick A__! won't be accepted)

Please keep in mind this is all in fun and don't take it all too seriously if you don't get picked. :) Perhaps a new slogan every year will be used.. or 6 months.. whatever..

Get on with it guys! Post your slogans here The contest is officially started as of today and will run until 6/8/2008. One month. Plenty of time to come up with something!

I saw these protos on Plastic and Plush for IWG's newest incarnation of Titus, Alphonso and Hannibal and thought........'Hmmm........spaaaaace...coooool'.........no really.......my mind does work using multiple letters...but kinda dismissed em pretty soon after....but still thinking Alphonso is pretty cool and I should really just get that one........

The figures stand about 3.25" tall and come equipped with a ray gun pistol, jet pack, and human skull trophy. There will be four colourways including a limited GID edition for SDCC 2008. The Astro Krieg Attack Kraft will have working retractable landing gear, a 360 view bubble dome canopy, a ray gun pistol holster and a human skull trophy carrier.

Robot VC3

These are work-in-progress unpainted protos of Robot VC3 from United Arab Emirates based robotandspark and sculpted by the UK based Tweekhed. This is a self-funded project which will hopefully get a release around the end of 2008 in four colorways. There are also plans for a DIY version and a crossover with the Brown Monkeys - a Dubai based art collective.....

......well....you can't go far wrong with robots in my book and this one has a lot going for it. This guy has a lot of potential for customisers, it has great proportions and a slightly retro styling to it....can't wait to see more of this and more from robotandspark in general.

The black Monster Pusher is the next in Mr Han's pusher series and will also come in a GiD version....Black is an edition of 500 and GiD is 150.

Munky King has sweetened the deal with a chance to win the very limited magenta Animal Pusher (edition of 20). Munky King will pick a number between 1 and 150 so that when you buy the GiD version of Monster Pusher if your edition number matches you win the Animal Pusher. So here is the latest from Erick, the non-stop, turn-the-toy-scene-upside-down designer from the east... I must say its freakin wild and totally made me fall out of my chair! Well, not really but seriously, you get the picture. He's hitting us from every direction with his hot new items guys! So guys and gals, get your butts to comicon, and if you can't, then find a friend that can. You don't want to miss these! (of course there are other great reasons but these are definitely in my top 5 reasons to go there..)

Beginning Friday 04/18/08 at the ESC-TOY booth #861 we have a NYCC surprise release with Erick Scarecrow's new vinyl figure called Kissaki. The word Kissaki is Japanese and translates to "point of the blade."
Kissaki measures a over 10" and will be available in this "Avenger" colorway exclusive to ESC-TOY LTD. and is limited to ??? pcs. worldwide. Retail will be at $69.99 and will come with a limited edition print while supplies last.
